There are three methods for producing and processing combined high alumina bricks for blast furnace pipes.
The first method is to first fire the mother bricks and then process the sub-bricks. The advantage of this method is that the quality of the individual bricks and the quality of assembly and masonry are guaranteed. However, this method has a low production yield because the high-alumina bricks of the parent bricks are relatively large. For this reason, some manufacturers mostly use manual high-alumina bricks to make high-alumina bricks. The cost of high-aluminum bricks or andalusite high-alumina bricks produced by this method is correspondingly high, and the quality of refractory bricks does not have the strength of the machine. good. In this way, the inner ring and outer ring petal high alumina bricks are composed of geometric bodies. They are produced first and then pre-layed. During the pre-laying process, they need to be polished and cut. After cutting, polishing and pre-laying, the brick number should be marked according to the order of use. Before use, the bricks should be packed and packed according to the order of use.
The second method is the centrifugal casting method after gypsum molding, which is to use refractory castables as a whole according to the required size. This method is suitable for smaller-sized composite brick structures, but is not suitable for combined use of siliceous bricks. . Because the expansion coefficient of siliceous materials is too large, there will be deviations in size after baking, so it is suitable for making high-aluminum high-alumina bricks. Since the corrosion of the pipe part is serious, it is best to add some andalusite components to make high-aluminum bricks. product.
The third method is to make red stone bricks first, but this production method has many ash seams during the firing process, and there will be a large negative tolerance, which is difficult to compensate for. Moreover, the current production cycle and production time are also limited due to too many models. Irregular models of bricks are also prone to cracks and loose internal structures, because the size and shape will deviate during the pressing process. This method will not be visible on the surface after pre-laying, but after the pre-laying is completed, some problems will occur when polishing, because the brick joints are controlled with paper during pre-laying, and the paper is different from the mud in actual use. Due to the movement, the size of the joints of high alumina bricks cannot be directly seen with the naked eye. Moreover, the mold cost and pre-laying cost are high. However, this method is still the most commonly used method at present.
In short, the method used to produce and process pre-built andalusite high-alumina bricks is the result of coordinated communication between the user and the manufacturer, and cannot be determined unanimously.
