Which refractory bricks are suitable for the working pool and the upper part of the horseshoe flame glass tank kiln?

01 Working pool

Pool wall: The operating temperature is 1300~1450℃, and fused α-Al203T.C or fused AZS (oxidation method) bricks are selected. Selection basis: less foaming in contact with glass liquid, good anti-pollution, and the corrosion resistance at this temperature is equivalent to that of fused AZS33#.

Pool bottom paving bricks: The operating temperature is 1300~1400℃, and fused AZS bricks V.F are selected. Selection basis: less foaming in contact with glass liquid, good anti-pollution, and the corrosion resistance at this temperature is equivalent to that of fused AZS33#.

Material channel (part below the liquid surface): fused α-β-Al2O3 bricks R.C or fused AZS (oxidation method) bricks are selected. Selection basis: fused AZS-41# has a high ZrO2 content and good corrosion resistance.

Liquid flow hole: use temperature 1400~1500℃, choose fused AZS-41# brick D.C.L.

02 Working pool upper structure

Working pool arch: use temperature 1300~1450℃, choose high-quality silica brick

Working pool foot wall: use temperature 1300~1450℃, choose silica brick, β-Al2O3 brick.

Working pool feed port upper part: use temperature 1300~1400℃, choose fused β-Al2O3 brick R.C, sintered mullite brick, sillimanite brick. Selection basis: because it does not contain glass phase, it will not pollute the glass. It has strong corrosion resistance to alkali vapor or solidified alkaline substances.

Liquid flow hole bridge brick: use temperature 1400~1500℃, choose fused AZS-33#R.C, fused α-β-Al2O3 brick. Selection basis: it must have good heat shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
