1. The kiln castables should not be stored for a long time as much as possible. In other words, users are generally required not to have too much inventory and master the use cycle. It is best to choose materials that can be synchronized with the service life of the fired belt bricks, so that they can be better mastered. Most users separate the castables and bricks from different suppliers when purchasing. We recommend that the kiln castables should be selected from the same supplier as the fired belt bricks. On the one hand, it provides conditions for the supplier's service to be in place, and on the other hand, it can avoid some factors that affect the construction.
2. The standardization of anchors, welding quality, riveting methods, etc. will affect the service life of the kiln castable structure, which is sometimes fatal. For this reason, this preparation must be done carefully before construction. In addition, the reasonable formwork method is usually to enable the continuous construction of the castable, in line with the construction characteristics of the kiln mouth castable, so as to make the overall casting performance of the kiln mouth good.
3. In the general supplier's packaging, the main material and the binder are packaged separately. During construction, the binder and the main material must be dry-mixed evenly before adding water and stirring. This point is downplayed by many users in actual operation. The control of the amount of water added is also ignored by users in the actual process. It is necessary to control the amount of water added while ensuring fluidity. If the amount of water added is too much and exceeds the value provided by the supplier, there is a problem. The quality of the castable must be checked, and the supplier should be contacted.
4. Before using the castable, the test block should generally be tested. After the test block is tested without any problems, the construction operation can be carried out.
