Refractory Bricks

The classification of phosphate brick

Aug 07,2017
Phosphate brick, including two kinds of products, one is a combination of high alumina refractory bricks (referred to as phosphate refractory bricks); the other is aluminum combined with high alumina wear-resistant refractory bricks (referred to as wear-resistant refractory bricks).

Wear-resistant refractory brick is made of industrial phosphoric acid, industrial aluminum hydroxide as aluminum phosphate solution as a binder, the molar ratio of Al2O3: P2O5 = 1: 3: 2. The aggregate used is the same as the phosphate refractory bricks. In the use of refractory bricks, with the same salt-resistant refractory brick to form a quartz-type orthophosphate-based binder.
