The electric melting kiln adopts the above-ground structure, the maximum height of the melting furnace is 6m, and the main body of the melting furnace is 5m high. The kiln base is reinforced concrete and the kiln steel structure is properly reinforced.
The melting tank of the electric melting furnace adopts cold head feeding, and the material layer covers the surface of the high temperature glass. The channel uses compound heating, the upper part is heated with a silicon carbide rod, and the lower part is heated with a buried molybdenum electrode.
The main electrode of the electric kiln adopts three-phase power supply and the power supply is balanced, which does not affect the power supply quality of the power grid and is beneficial to the improvement of the power factor of the power transformer. The installed power of the electric melting furnace is 2800 kW. The temperature control system of the electric melting furnace adopts a constant-current control scheme for the excitation current of the magnetic voltage regulator. Eliminate the higher harmonics generated by the use of thyristors and inductive loads to avoid current surges in the power grid and improve the working efficiency of the transformer.
All control systems use integrated circuits, the entire control circuit is concentrated on a circuit board, and the reliability is high. In the event of a failure, the entire board is replaced without affecting production. The entire system has a soft-start function, no start-up surge current, continuous and smooth voltage regulation, manual constant automatic current, over-current sound and light alarm, automatic over-current protection, automatic temperature adjustment, and display recording.
Glass indirect temperature measurement reflects only the temperature change in the kiln and does not participate in adjustment and temperature control.
The equipment is running normally, the finished product rate is over 90%, the unit melting power consumption is about 0.9kW·h/kg glass liquid, the maximum melting capacity is close to 30t, and the lowest unit melting power consumption is only 0.90kW·h/kg glass liquid.
The maximum temperature in the kiln is 1450, and the electricity consumption in a day is about 27000 kW·h.
