High alumina firebricks are classified according to the alumina content which is from lowest 48% to highest 95%, manufactured from mineral of bauxite, corundum, etc. by mixing, press-forming, drying, sintering and machining. High alumina bricks feature stable mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance, with high refractoriness of no lower than 1880℃, High alumina bricks are commonly used as refractory lining exposed to heat directly or backup insulation linings in various types of industrial kiln or laboratory furnace.

2/Blast Furnace, Hot Blast Furnace With Low Creep High Alumina Brick
Blast furnace, hot blast furnace with low creep high alumina brick for blast furnace trough castable system adopts AI2O3-SiC-C series, it has excellent anti erosion, anti erosion, high thermal stability, it can be used in the blast furnace main channel iron line and slag line and swinging spout, residual cans, main channel and main channel cover top cover on both sides, iron slag ditch etc..
Mainly composed of special level bauxite chamotte as starting material and assisted with special additives, the bricks are processed by molding under high pressure and sintering under high temperature, with features like large heat accumulating capacity and small creep rate. They are available for blast hot stove matched of middle and small blast furnace.
