3,Quality Control over Setni-finished Product Appearance
Control contents: adobe appearance, dimensional tolerance, squareness, crack,
distortion, corner defect, fracture, pitted surface, etc.
Moulder: conduct self-inspection block by block pursuant to the technical cads and semi-finished product quality control standard.
Adobe inspector:
First product inspection: check the external dimension according to the drawings to ensure accurate brick moulding.
Random Onboard inspection against semi-finished products: randomly inspect the equipments and inspect against the semi-finished products onboard, inspect vehicle by vehicle and mark the adobes and record the inspection results, accept those qualified ones. Reject the unqualified semi-finished products.
4,Quality Inspection Over The Semi-finished Products Before Loading
Control contents: adobe appearance, dimensional tolerance, squareness, crack, distortion, corner defect, fracture, pitted surface, etc.
Dried green inspector: check the appearance quality block by block before loading, reject the defected products and record the semi-finished product flowing card.
Reject the unqualified products
5, Sintering Parameters Control
Control content: sintering temperature, holding time and pressure procedure. Sintering -worker: measure the temperature by sintering curve and record hourly.
Polling and routine maintenance against draught fan equipments in the kiln to ensure their smooth running.
Equipment officer: check daily and deal with problems found timely to ensure the smooth operation of equipments.
Instrument man: calibrate the various instruments, thermocouple and high-temperature optimeter to ensure their accuracy.
6,Finished Products Sorting And Packing
Sound sorting devices.
Measure block by block according to the dimensional tolerance, carefully check the product appearance and reject those unqualified products. Mark and put the qualified products in categories according to the process requirements.
