Ultra-low cement refractory castable is developed on the basis of low-cement refractory castables. The amount of aluminate cement is generally 2.5% ~ 5%, the performance is better than low cement refractory castable. Ultra-low cement refractory castable varieties are more widely used.
Ultra-low cement refractory castable preparation principles and strength characteristics, and low cement refractory castable is basically the same, its strength slightly higher.
Ultra-low cement refractory castable composition: refractory aggregate, refractory powder, the amount of ultra-fine powder, amount or a small amount of calcium aluminate cement and trace dispersant.
